The Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2586-2012 on February 6, 2012 establishing a new fee schedule for miscellaneous charges and fees. The updated fee schedule supports the Board's policy that direct service costs should be paid for by the customer requesting the service. Minor additions to the fee schedule were adopted on August 20, 2012 and incorporated through Resolution No. 2602-2012.
On January 1, 2013 the fee schedules (excluding the Utility Billing, Collection and Administrative Fees) were adjusted to account for changes in the Engineering News-Record Construction Cost index for the Seattle Area as determined each December.
