• Payments can be mailed to us in the envelope provided in your statement or to our District Office at 3626 156th ST SW, Lynnwood WA 98087
• Customers can sign up for Autopay.  Autopay will deduct the exact amount of your bill on your due date bi-monthly.
• Payments can be made 24/7 by credit card or electronic check via phone or our website.  Click on "Pay Your Bill" in the top right corner of this page or call toll free (866)899-1313.
